VELTEX,S.A, founded in 1976, is the leading Spanish manufacturer of carpets for trade fairs, decoration and the automobile industry. Its headquarters at in the Can Trias Industrial Estate in Viladecavalls, Barcelona.
In 2002 it obtained UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard certification. Once the quality system was implemented and fully functioning, VELTEX, S.A. promoted the implementation of an environmental management system, with the aim of achieving environmental protection by incorporating principles of continuous improvement in environmental aspects.
In 2005 it received EMAS verification and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 standard certification.
